Who We Are

CaymanTradeFX is operated by Andrew (Andres) — an independent trader and trading educator. Our platform is accessible at caymantradefx.com and includes The Beast Journal trading tool, market analysis content, and paid signal services delivered via Telegram.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google Account
• When you use The Beast Journal we collect trade data you voluntarily enter including instrument, direction, entry and exit prices, dates and times, session, setup type, emotional state, discipline rating, swap fees, and notes
• When you subscribe to our paid Telegram channel we collect payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details directly
• When you submit our newsletter signup form we collect your name and email address via Formspree

How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your Beast Journal account
• To store your trade log data in a Google Sheet created in your own Google Drive
• To send you newsletters and market commentary you have opted into
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To analyze anonymized and aggregated trade data across our user base to improve our services and generate community insights
• To contact you regarding your account or subscription

Google Services and Data Storage

The Beast Journal uses Google OAuth for authentication and the Google Sheets API to store your trade data. When you sign in with Google and use The Beast Journal:

• A Google Sheet titled "Beast Journal — Trade Log" is automatically created in your own Google Drive
• Your trade entries are written to this sheet — you own this data and can access, edit, export, or delete it at any time through your Google account
• A copy of your trade data is also written to a master database maintained by CaymanTradeFX for analytics and service improvement purposes
• Your email address is associated with your trade records in our master database so we can provide personalized analytics and reporting

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your individual trade data with third parties. Anonymized and aggregated data — meaning data that cannot identify you personally — may be used for community analytics, content creation, and service improvement.

We share data with the following service providers solely to operate our platform:

• Google — authentication and data storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Formspree — newsletter form submissions
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
• Telegram — signal delivery for paid subscribers

Data Retention

Your Beast Journal data stored in your personal Google Sheet is retained until you delete it — you are in full control. Data held in our master database is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data from our master database at any time by contacting us at thecaymantrader@gmail.com.

Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at thecaymantrader@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Our website uses session storage (not cookies) to maintain your login state within The Beast Journal during a browsing session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Third party services such as Google and Stripe may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
